Make It Explode
This is our entry for the GMTK 2026 GameJam.
The game is about making a bomb explode to destroy a city, while avoiding the citizens (red circles) to defuse it.
They will try to cut all the cables of the bomb to deactivate it. You must interrupt them by: grabbing them, building fences around or even killing them.
You need to collect coins to unlock the abilities and you can use numeric shortcuts to quickly activate each of them.
- Grab (Hotkey: 1)
- Fence (Hotkey: 2): 100 coins to unlock
- Kill (Hotkey: 3): 200 coins to unlock
When the bomb explodes, it will kill all citizens, dropping two coins for each of them. As well as all the fences built.

Its nice game, very creative but its kinda hard to pinpoint and click specific enemies! Very creative game though, well done!
I cannot build fences or kill them ;(
You need to collect coins to unlock the abilities.
If you use the shortcut for each ability (1, 2, 3) you will see a message on screen
I got like 100 coins and I tried to click on the button and nothing worked, I didnt expect that you had to press 1-3 for the abilities. I'll give another shot to the game
